The Middle East Broadcasting Networks, Inc. (MBN) is seeking a Creative Productions Lead Reporting to Promotions and Creative Productions Director.

This ideal candidate will be very organized, a strong communicator, a seasoned journalist, and pay close attention to detail.

DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES: (Essential Functions):

•     Develop and execute creative production solutions, plans, and workflows including defining objectives, timelines.
•     Maintain production schedules, coordinating with various departments, especially Creative/Promotion Production team members.
•     Oversee and collaborate with MBN team members to find suitable filming locations and secure necessary permits and permissions.
•     Arrange to find, supervise, and manage production and filming staff including camera operators, lighting engineers, production assistants, grips, electricians.
•     Act as a central point of contact in production matters addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and facilitating smooth collaboration.
•     Oversee the art and set decorative requirements and find suitable solutions to execute the desired set and production looks.
•     Keep meticulous records of expenses and prepare regular cost reports for producers and stakeholders to monitor the financial progress of the production.
•     Ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations during all the production processes.
•     Maintain production documents and production reports, to keep everyone informed and organized.
•     Anticipate and address production-related challenges and issues as they arise, offering solutions to keep the project on track.
•     Maintain excellent working relationships with MBN team members, talents, artists, management, agents, and others.
  

OTHER DUTIES:

 •       The incumbent may be asked to perform additional duties and take on other responsibilities as dictated by events and circumstances.

Candidates are required to have:

•          A bachelor’s degree in media or equivalent education.
  
•          At least 7 years of experience in related a field and position.
•          Solutions oriented thinker and able to produce out of the box creative production solutions. 
•          Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines and budgets.
•          Extensive experience in managing productions teams and processes. 
•          Outstanding verbal and written communications, presentation, and organization skills. 
•          Excellent team and time management skills with the ability to multi-task, be flexible, take ownership, be open to take on new tasks, be self-motivated, and independent.
•          Proficient knowledge in the digital, TV, radio, and media production trends. 
•          Ability to effectively coordinate with MBN’s team members on job requirements, brainstorming, production plans, deliveries, and workflows.
•          Demonstrated ability to create and maintain positive, energetic, creative, and collaborative professional relationships and environments.
