Pay Range:  $38.76 - $63.96

The base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity and contracts.  

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing Program.
• Previous experience within a Home Health Agency required. 
• Knowledge of Nursing and Medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations and guidelines that pertain to home health care.
• Familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid and payor regulations
• Ability to plan, organize, develop, implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures that are necessary for providing quality care and maintaining a sound operation. 
• Ability to demonstrate knowledge of computer systems, system applications and other office equipment. 
• Current NYS RN license. 
• Valid driver's license.
