S3 Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager at our Cummings Research Park HQ in Huntsville, AL.
Position Description: The Sr. Program Manager manages the awarded Task Order (T/O) executions and the bid and proposal process to obtain new T/O awards. The T/Os may be CPFF, CPAF, T&M, FPLOE, or FFP awards, and, the prime T/O targets are programmatic and technical opportunities within CCDC Aviation and Missile Center, AMCOM, PEO Aviation, and PEO Missile and Space. Currently awarded T/Os provide technical services support to PEO M&S, PEO Aviation, and CCDC AvMC. The main responsibilities include: administer the BPAs and their awarded T/Os; technically direct subcontractors/teammates supporting the T/Os; analyze business opportunities for target T/Os; build teams that address the T/O requirements; and, own accountability for the P/L of the BPAs and strategic planning to address growth initiatives. Will also manage and report at the contract level to the Government where S3 is a prime; to our primes where S3 is a subcontractor, and, provide coordination and leadership to all Task Leads managing T/Os regardless of corporate affiliation. Coordinates with all Business Operations staff POCs within F&A, Contracts, Publications, and Administration for functional support. Remains compliant with S3s Quality Management System, governed by ISO 9000/AS9100D, and manages contract risks with that system and assumes responsibility for T/O planning, qualification, capture, teaming, and bid response for technical, management, and pricing solutions.
Experience/Skills Required: 20 years minimum experience required in military weapon systems operations, maintenance, support, fielding, testing, development, program management, contract management or acquisition. 5 years of experience with EXPRESS Task Order management and/or proposal development required; 5 years of experience with FAR controlled contract/program management preferred.
Education Required: A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Mathematics, Science or Engineering is required. A Master's of Science degree is preferred.
