Hawkins established our Health & Nutrition segment in December 2015 through the acquisition of STAUBER Performance Ingredients.  This segment specializes in providing ingredient distribution, processing and formulation solutions to manufacturers of nutraceutical, functional food and beverage, personal care, dietary supplement, and other nutritional food, health and wellness products.  The group operates out of facilities in California and New York and the products are sold nationally, and in certain cases, internationally.



STAUBER looking for a Customer Portal Administrator to join our team based out of Fullerton, CA.  This person will be responsible for the online portal platform for STAUBER customers, including keeping online connections current, reviewing sales history for prioritization, responding to customer email inquiries and requesting technical information from suppliers.


  • Conduct daily check of the portal for new connections and requests
  • Review customer sales history for prioritization
  • Reply to customer email inquiries
  • Completes customer questionnaires
  • Make documentation requests to suppliers
  • Review and organize documentation for directory upload
  • Track and update expired documents
  • Performs other miscellaneous duties as needed



  • Bachelor’s Degree in chemistry or biology or equivalent preferred; or, minimum of 3 years’ experience in a quality assurance role.
  • Previous work experience in a Food or Dietary Supplement industry preferred
  • Must possess strong attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Stauber products preferred
  • Knowledge of GMP regulations preferred
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel, and Power Point required
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Effective communication skills
