Cybersecurity Architect - Senior
Location: Fairfax, VA
Clearance: TS/SCI
Education: MA/MS
Outcomes:
The successful candidate is expected to accomplish the following outcomes during the first year in the position:

Formally track all tasks, to include: assigned by, suspense, status, and comments on all assigned tasks through completion and be prepared to brief upon request.

Develop digital continuity folders and files that include standard operating procedures, workflows and POC lists to accomplish all tasks.

Create 2-3 products beyond the client’s requirements that positively impact the client to either increase efficiency, effectiveness, or innovation.

Master position tasks within 60 days and exceed requirements within 90 days.
Responsibilities:
The Combatant Command Intelligence Enterprise Management Support Office (CCI-EMSO) Senior Cybersecurity Architect specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Provide architectural and design recommendations in assessing and evaluating appropriate interfaces or integration points between emerging Enterprise constructs such as Defense Intelligence Information Enterprise, (DI2E), Joint Information Environment (JIE), Federated Mission Networking (FMN), Joint All-Domain Command and Control (JADC2), Commercial, Government and Partner Cloud environments and MPE

Assist with Cybersecurity-related activities regarding integration efforts.

Provide input to the MPE for developments of security-related policies to be implemented across the enterprise

Review engineering Change Requests in support of assigned projects;

Provide input to Risk Assessments;
-
Manage Cybersecurity-related projects such as Science, Technology and Engineering (ST&E);
-
Submit Assessments and Authorization (A&A) packages; and coordinating the necessary documentation for solutions enabling the Enterprise.

Coordinate and collaborate with various stakeholders and be capable of briefing at various levels.

Support two or more concurrent project efforts.
Qualifications:
The candidate must have the following qualifications:
-
Minimum of ten (10) years of experience performing in a cybersecurity-related field.

At least six (6) years of specific functional work in support of the DOD or military.
-
Experience as a staff officer on DOD, CCMD, Joint Service Staff in the Communications & Information office (e.g. A6, J6, N6) or equivalent).

Experience with the DOD Architecture Framework (DoD AF).

Knowledge and application of DOD, CJCS and Committee on National Security Systems (CNSS) security-related policies and guidance.
-
Advanced knowledge of MS Office and other office automation products for producing presentations, portals, documents and spreadsheets.
-
Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
-
Possess the ability for oral and written communication with the highest levels of management.

Ability to prepare and present analytical documents for senior military or defense officials.

Security + or equivalent certification
The following qualifications are desired:

Experience supporting cybersecurity related activities for the Air Force.
-
CISSP is desired.
-
Experience in coalition operations and/or bilateral military information sharing efforts.
Travel: Minimal local travel may be required
