Blackstone Talent Group is hiring an experienced Technical Recruiter to support our Eastern US-based commercial and federal client’s contract, contract-to-hire, and direct placement needs.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Identify candidates to fill commercial and federal client openings through cold calling, lead generation, internet recruiting, referral generation, social networking, etc.
- Review resumes, conduct phone screens, video interviews, and reference checks
- Understand and summarize the candidate's key strengths, liabilities, and requirements
- Maintain contractor relationships to foster future business and identify new opportunities through existing clients
- Proactively recruit and maintain relationships with highly sought-after candidates for client marketing
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience managing the full-lifecycle recruitment process with a successful track record recruiting in the IT Technology Sector & DoD/Federal/Cleared space
- 2+ years of quantifiable recruiting experience within a technical agency
- Proven expertise in utilizing an internal ATS (e.g. Salesforce, Bullhorn), LinkedIn Recruiter, Social Media, dev repository platforms (e.g. Github), and job boards
- Ability to assess candidate's technical ability; identify and match candidate's behavioral traits
- Strong experience in hourly/salary negotiation
- Experience utilizing traditional and non-traditional recruiting methodologies
- Self-starter, motivated, organized, and detailed/results-oriented
- Proven experience meeting and exceeding individual quotas in excess of $500K+ annual gross spread
- Creative and resourceful to provide solutions to both the sales force and clients
- Strong organizational skills

EDUCATION
BA / BS from an accredited 4-year university preferred
