There are no geographic boundaries, no limits to the size or industry of the clients you target, to meet our client’s hiring needs.  We encourage you to commit to the hunt of uncovering new opportunities while nurturing lasting relationships with your client partners and network. You will be working with a team of Senior Recruiters who have helped their sales partners to multiple contest wins.

Blackstone Technology Group is also looking for qualifications from hard-working technical staffing sales professionals who are deadline driven, bright, results-focused, enthusiastic, competitive, and above all committed to bringing in well-qualified requirements from clients who are ready to strike. As an IT Account Manager, you will be asked to maintain existing clients and generate new business within large and mid-cap accounts to meet our client’s contracts, contract to hire and direct placement IT needs.

Requirements:    

·       Minimum of 2 years of staffing sales experience 

·       BA / BS from an accredited 4-year university required

·       Experience as a trusted business advisor/ sales executive to strategic accounts

·       Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales expectations

·    Experience as the single point of contact, bringing in qualified job orders and facilitating all communication ensuring the success of each client account and relationship

·       To leverage existing relationships within Fortune 1000 & 500 sized accounts

·       Experience generating a minimum number of staffing orders from managed accounts

·       Strong understanding and adherence to a solid sales methodology in the IT space

·       Ability to think outside of the box and perform within a challenging business climate

·       Documentation of formal sales and negotiation training is a huge plus
