PACO Group Inc. Is seeking a dynamic Junior Office Engineer with expertise in cost control, scheduling, and construction project management to join us to support the Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) Airtrain replacement program. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in cost control activities, tracking project expenditures, and ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.
  • Support scheduling efforts, collaborating with project teams to maintain timelines and milestones.
  • Contribute to construction project management by coordinating activities, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth workflow.
  • Generate and maintain detailed project reports, providing insights into project progress and potential areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication and project coordination.

REQUIREMENTS: 

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in cost control, scheduling, and construction project management.
  • Familiarity with Newark Airport regulations and procedures is a plus.
  • Proficient in project reporting tools and software.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to the success of construction projects at Newark Airport.

$40-$50 Commensurate with experience.
