What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a Roadway/Civil Engineer with a minimum of 4 years of experience designing transportation projects. This position will provide opportunities to:
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while developing project management capabilities.
- Work on interesting and challenging projects, from planning through design and construction.
- Engage with clients.
- Build our business in Idaho.
The Position
You will work in a fun and dynamic team to produce a range of deliverables from planning studies to construction documents and provide support to our clients during construction. Our group’s projects are primarily in the public works sector, with a broad civil engineering skillset required to design grading, drainage, utilities, paving, and horizontal control. Experience in road and/or utility infrastructure is a plus.

Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience, focused on transportation design
- BS in Civil Engineering
- EIT Certification or PE License
- Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or MicroStation, InRoads, and OpenRoads
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Strong technical and organizational abilities
