LOCATION: Lakeshore College – Cleveland, Wisconsin
POSITION SUMMARY: Under general supervision, the maintenance technician, performs a variety of maintenance activities such as: inspect, maintain and repair our campus buildings, electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, indoor and outdoor grounds, etc. Work expectations differ day by day and working conditions could be indoors or outdoors. The maintenance technician is responsible for ensuring our buildings are in good working condition. You’ll also identify and implement corrective actions and preventative maintenance practices to enhance overall efficiencies to meet department objectives and goals. Provide an exceptional customer service experience to both internal and external customers throughout every interaction.
