The Rocky Mountain Maintenance Intern will support work relating to the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, installation and repair of equipment associated with a pumped storage hydroelectric power plant. They will provide entry level maintenance assistance to the corporation on a 840 megawatt pumped storage hydroelectric plant that is quantifiable by such indicators as: plant availability, equivalent forced outage rate (EFOR), mean time between failures (MTBF), mean time to repair (MTTR), percent of planned versus unplanned (hours), maintenance and cost per unit.
Education: Junior or Senior in High School with a minimum of a 3.0 GPA.
Experience: None Required
Equivalent Experience: N/A
Licenses, Certifications and/or Registrations: Valid driver’s license required.
- Work in awkward positions (kneeling, bending, twisting, pushing and pulling).
- Lifting up to 75 pounds.
