The Coordinator, Digital Product Presentation defines the luxury lifestyle shopping experience through building lasting relationships with our people, customers and partners by maintaining excellent working relationships with vendors and Merchant team to ensure accurate product presentation and coordination of digital assets that enables a world class digital shopping experience.

Specific Responsibilities include (but are not limited it) the following:

Digital Asset Collection for Holt Renfrew Product Assortment

  • Gathering of necessary product information and online guidelines from vendors and follow up on missing data and correct any errors in a timely manner
  • Coordinating collection of all digital assets (if the product category requires it) with vendors, including communicating expected delivery times and uploading digital assets onto the commerce platform
  • Responding to vendor inquiries regarding product information accuracy, product onboarding, online availability
  • Consolidate assets upon receipt and organize images and vendor copy prior to sending to the copywriting team
  • Maintaining data accuracy, specifically the parent/child sku relationship for product onboarding
  • Coordinating all digital assets and product copy between vendors, retouchers and copywriters
  • Ensure that key fulfillment information (max quantities to buy, safety stock) is accurate

Product Merchandising of all Digital Channels

  • Work with merchant team to determine key brands, items, and trends to merchandise and present product that is aligned with the overall Holt Renfrew brand strategy each season
  • Produce meaningful and relevant analytics for digital product performance and conversion, with a focus of driving traffic in store and online
  • Based on analysis, present product that is relevant to Holt Renfrew customer while being mindful of vendor sensitivities and overall brand strategy
  • Provide merchant team with online insights and suggest direction and strategy that will influence future buys
  • Work closely with vendor marketing team to ensure that products are onboarded and in the product catalogue in time for planned digital marketing programs ie. Paid Social, Email, etc
  • Work with digital marketing team to identify SEM/SEO opportunities based on the Holt Renfrew assortment
  • Categorize products in a clear manner that will ensure ease of navigation for the customer/user
  • Ensure product information is accurate and presented according to brand guidelines across all channels like Holts360, holtrenfrew.com, Google Shopping, etc

Execution of Online Promotions

  • Align with sale and promo team to execute promotions online that align with in store promotional periods
  • Work with vendors and merchants to execute promotional products like gift with purchases and sampling
  • Provide information to sale and promo team for promotional gift card and promo code qualifiers
  • Report on performance of promotional periods online to vendors, merchants, and other internal teams

Website Development and Change Implementation

  • Assist in the development of critical paths and the roll out of all related projects and programs
  • Update and maintain manual and automated information in all related product databases
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for the improvement of digital merchandise management and process performance
  • Test any new developments and changes to digital platforms and provide feedback in a clear and concise manner

The ideal candidate:

  • Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Basic knowledge of specific product categories
  • Experience with SAP and Hybris is an asset 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; a team player who is able to act as both a leader and an individual contributor as required
  • Confident and effective communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Is adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity and change 
  • Highly service-oriented with exceptional organizational and follow up skills
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Passionate about fashion and luxury retailing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Google Analytics is an asset
