Description

Holts Café Bloor is looking for passionate cooks to join our new team under a new Executive Chef.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

- Managing mise en place and stock levels for your stations and maintain a prep list of station duties

- Set up stations and collect all necessary supplies to prepare for service

- Maintain a sanitary workplace at all times

- Follow recipes and maintain consistency in portions

- Perform delegated tasks from Sous Chef, Executive Chef

Requirements

- 1-3 years cooking experience in a full/fast-paced service restaurant

- Experience in a high-end operating kitchen preferred

- Flexible schedule, available to work weekends and holidays

- Able to lift, carry, push supplies or equipment weighing up to 50lbs

- Good communication skills
