Specialist, Marketing Media

The position provides an amazing opportunity to manage paid media marketing with Canada’s leading luxury retailer.

Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:

  • In tandem with the Director, oversee the management and optimization of Holt Renfrew’s advertising
  • Working with the Director, determine customer-centric strategies and tactics to engage and inspire the luxury shopper at all stages of the path to purchase
  • Help to manage media agency relationship, communicating campaign requirements and trafficking creative assets
  • Establish the optimal attribution and measurement models to ensure that our performance advertising is presenting a strong ROAS and maximizing revenue
  • Analyze performance metrics, draw conclusions from data and develop dashboards with actionable insights
  • Help to develop media plans to align with business targets and shopper seasonality
  • Work collaboratively, coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders and agency partners

The ideal candidate:

  • 3+ years’ experience with in media buying, particularly including digital
  • Certified – Ideally holds Google/DoubleClick, and Facebook credentials
  • Fluent in Google Analytics
  • Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills with the ability to get things done
  • Strong interpersonal skills; a team player who is able to act as both a leader and an individual contributor
  • A self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and curious nature
  • Highly service-oriented with exceptional organizational and follow up skills

  • Meeting revenue targets and contribution to overall financial objectives
  • Individual objectives linked to the achievement of department goals
  • Feedback from internal and external clients
