Salary: $200,000 - $260,000 /year

The Vice President, Store Experience is responsible for developing and executing a clearly defined strategy for a large volume store location that drives profitable growth, efficient store operations, and luxurious shopping experiences for customers. 


  • Developing, executing and leading strategic business plans that drive profitable growth and efficient store operations; achieving established goals, targets, and KPI’s
  • Partnering with the merchant team to drive product newness and excitement, optimizing brand matrix, and evolving assortments; providing ongoing customer feedback on product and making buying recommendations
  • Maintaining a luxurious shopping environment that inspires customers and vendors by ensuring visual and merchandising effectively showcase product to luxury standards, in-store animation is meaningful and achieve targets, and customers receive a consistent Omni-channel experience
  • Collaborating with the Strategic Partnership Team to support effective leased operations and relationships
  • Developing relationships with VIP clients and potential clients by attending appointments, events, and providing unique and customized experiences
  • Directing and leading the store senior leadership team to drive profitable business growth and results through the effective leadership of teams and assigned business units
  • Building and retaining a team of high performing leaders that coach and foster an environment of accountability, results, career development, and high employee engagement; developing and maintaining succession plans for key and critical roles
  • Ensuring efficient store operations and the achievement of EBIT targets by effectively managing expenses and payroll costs
  • Maintaining effective working relationship with peers, store support center leaders, vendors, and external vendors
  • Participating as a member of the company’s Senior Leadership Team (SLT) by supporting the development and execution of company strategies
  • Staying informed on changing market conditions, business threats, and opportunities; communicating issues to SVP and adjusting business strategies as appropriate


  • Bachelor’s degree is considered an asset 
  • 10+ years’ experience leading a complex business operation in a large volume business environment, ideally in luxury fashion
  • Proven ability to create and successfully execute short and long-term business strategies
  • Excellent knowledge of luxury products, fashion, and emerging fashion trends
  • Strong ability to build long lasting relationships and partnerships within the business, community, and with customers.
  • Proven ability to coach, motivate, inspire, and develop high performing teams
  • Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills with the ability to get things done
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; a team player who is able to act as both a leader and an individual contributor as required
  • Confident and effective communication and interpersonal skills (written & verbal)
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Is adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity and change
  • Passionate about fashion and luxury retailing
