Manager, Corporate Social Responsibility and Diversity & Inclusion
Reporting to the Director, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), the Manager, CSR and Diversity & Inclusion is accountable for supporting and executing the implementation of a holistic approach to Diversity & Inclusion, and Community Investment. The Manager will partner with internal and external stakeholders to execute initiatives and programs that align with our brand spirit, vision and values, and reflect the diversity of our communities and employees. In addition, the Manager will work directly with the Diversity & Inclusion Executive Task Force and Council, as well as, the CSR team and other stakeholders to cultivate a working environment where employees feel empowered to participate, grow and do their best work.
