Manager, Corporate Social Responsibility and Diversity & Inclusion

Reporting to the Director, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), the Manager, CSR and Diversity & Inclusion is accountable for supporting and executing the implementation of a holistic approach to Diversity & Inclusion, and Community Investment. The Manager will partner with internal and external stakeholders to execute initiatives and programs that align with our brand spirit, vision and values, and reflect the diversity of our communities and employees. In addition, the Manager will work directly with the Diversity & Inclusion Executive Task Force and Council, as well as, the CSR team and other stakeholders to cultivate a working environment where employees feel empowered to participate, grow and do their best work.

Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:

• Collaborate with the Director, CSR to establish, design, and deliver holistic Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) programs and practices across all business areas.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including external consultants and internal employee councils to proactively address current and future D&I opportunities.
• Execute business plans and initiatives ensuring robust change management and communication plans are in place.
• Develop and monitor key metrics to help determine the overall effectiveness of D&I.
• Provide support and resources to business units to help define their D&I goals and strategies.
• Facilitate listening sessions, focus groups, and feedback surveys to understand opportunities and/or progress.
• Simultaneously manage multiple projects while ensuring deliverables are delivered on time, in scope and within budget.
• Liaise with Talent & Learning to design, develop and execute D&I educational initiatives across the organization and incorporate them into Talent Management processes.
• Assist Director, CSR on delivery and execution of Community Investment and employee volunteer programs and initiatives
• Remain current on global and local D&I and Community Investment standards, regulations, and best practices and provide recommendations to the business.

The ideal candidate:

• University degree in Human Resources Management or a related field, or a combination of relevant education, training and experience.
• A strong interest in CSR, D&I, and Community Investment.
• Strong organizational, strategic and management skills, with the ability to lead multiple key projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to promote continuous improvement and drive meaningful organizational change.
• Proven track record of influencing; exceptional collaboration, relationship and consultative skills with demonstrated success building partnerships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to communicate and facilitate in a clear and compelling manner at all levels of the organization.
• Goal, metric and results-oriented, with the ability to establish a strong sense of responsibility, accountability and engagement among teams.
