Position:        OCEA Business Operations Advisor SME

Location:        Fairfax, VA

Clearance:      TS/SCI

Education:     BA/BS degree.

Outcomes: The successful candidate is expected to accomplish the following outcomes in the first year on the position:

·         Formally track all tasks, to include:  assigned by, suspense, status and comments on all assigned tasks through completion and be prepared to brief upon request.

·         Create one or two products beyond the client requirements that positively impact the client to either increase efficiency, effectiveness, or innovation.

·         Master position tasks within 6 months and exceed requirements within 12 months.

Responsibilities:

The Senior Business Operations Advisor will provide organizational strategy and operational planning support to the Secretary of the Air Force Concepts, Development, and Management Office (SAF/CDM). 

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

·         Analysis of requirements, guidance, tracking, administration, quality control and assessment of response. 

·         Support and maintain the continuous development of knowledge management organization and online communities of practice. 

·         Create and manage internal communications regarding strategic and tactical changes in mission, team meeting schedules, agenda and due out listings. 

·         Receive, control, prioritize and manage all tasks which are internal and external to OCEA requiring action or coordination submitted via NIPRNET or SIPRNET. 

·         Update OCEA Daily Reports (Confluence). 

·         Process Access Requests via Confluence.

·         Manage and track all taskers via the Task management Tool (TMT) and the Correspondence and Task Management System (CTAMS).

·         Process IT account requests and CAC applications. 

·         Coordinate Director one on one meetings with staff. 

·         Update organizational charts, distribution lists, and recall rosters. 

·         Additional areas of responsibility include but are not limited to: Financial Management, Cross-Functional Management, Data, Reporting, Metrics, and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), Program, People and Communications and Change Management. 

Qualifications:

The candidate must have the following qualifications:

·         Minimum of twenty (20) years’ experience in operations and management of organizations. 

·         Familiarization with the Intelligence Community 

·         Ability to work on high-visibility and mission critical taskings independently. 

·         Exceptional verbal and written communications skills. 

Travel: Minimal travel required
