Position:         Technical Program Manager

Location:        National Capital Region (NCR)

Clearance:      TS/SCI SAP required

Education:     Master’s Degree required

Outcomes:

The successful candidate is expected to accomplish the following outcomes:

·         Complete tasks assign prior to the date requested by Gemini supervisors and customer counterparts

·         Deliver products and services that lead to an Exceptional rating in Government Contractor Performance Assessment Reports

Responsibilities:

The position will provide technical support to plan, organize, and determine necessary policies, regulations, directives, programs, doctrine and procedures for the establishment and maintenance of major command programs. Including additional duties below:

·         Provides technical and operational support advisory and assistance services in direct support to the Commander of Space Operations and his/her staff in planning, coordinating, and executing assigned actions.

·         Responsible for the functional lead for the CSO and COO, and for future Operations support programs that protect critical Space technologies, capabilities, and tactics by integrating cyber/spectrum ops, deterrence ops, and space enterprise functions.

·         Provide support to the USSF leads for Campaign, Contingency, and Crisis Action Planning through info analysis and functional and planning expertise to publish policies, orders, and guidance to ensure Field Commands can effectively execute the CSO intent.

Qualifications: The candidate must have the following qualifications:

·         Master's degree in an associated technical or line of business discipline  

·         Minimum of 20yrs of experience in Operations, Engineering, Scientific, Analysis, Policy, Planning or Program Management field

·         TS/SCI SAP required
