Position:         Implementation Support/DM SME 

Location:       Crystal City, Virginia 

Clearance:     Secret 

Education:     Masters’ Degree 

Outcomes: 

The successful candidate is expected to accomplish the following outcomes the first year in the position: 

  • Routinely craft senior leader messaging that is in line with mission objects and reflective of USSF culture within minimal correction. 

  • Perform accurate, high quality, and timely work which leads to positive Government review rating.  

Responsibilities: 

Ensure deliberate coordination and integration of activities through strategic communication and oversight mechanisms to promote enterprise wide, transparency and visibility into continued US SF implementation and integration efforts. Provide direct support to the Director of organizational change management, Director of staff, and vice chief of space operations, as needed, to advise, senior leader, decision making on force management integration efforts. These efforts include but are not limited to USSF, force, design, updates and recommendations, service, wide, force, integrations, and employment of USSF capabilities to the joint force. Activities include identify and analyze DOTMLP-F implementation of USSF requirements and provide decision support and analysis for, HQSF POM submission. Additionally, this team is responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing force management activities for the USSF HQS. 

 Qualifications:

The candidate must have the following qualifications. 

  • Secret Level Clearance 

  • Master's degree in an associated technical or line of business discipline 

  • Over eighteen (18) years of progressive experience in high-level technical and organizational support services  

Desired: 

  • Top-Secret SCI clearance 

  • Speech-writing experience
