Position:          Data Analyst (Senior)

Location:         National Capital Region (NCR) (with ‘Work-from-Home’ option)

Clearance:       Secret

Education:      Master’s Degree

Responsibilities:

The person filling this position must have the knowledge and experience to manage and oversee Department of Defense programs. The individual must have the ability to lead and work with teams to create product, manage cost, schedule and performance for AF/A3S Battlefield Airman Force Improvement Program, providing HAF-level integration and management of the organizing, training, and equipping of Air Force Special Warfare (AFSPECWAR) programs. The Data Analyst will work with the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), other Services supporting the development of combat / contingency operations plans and programs to advance AF/A3S objectives.

Qualifications:

The candidate must have the following qualifications:

·         10 years of experience in Senior staff work involving Data Analytics.

·         Must meet the minimum requirements of a Master’s Degree.

·         Provide advice, assistance in efficient and effective management, operation, and institutionalization of Air Force responsibilities pertaining to policy generation, guidance, standards, and oversight for the organizing, training, and equipping of Air Force Director of Air Force Special Warfare (AFSPECWAR) forces and weapon systems.

·         Assist with approved Force Improvement Program (FIP) recommendations.

·         Conduct and provide research and data analyses, as required, to support AF/A3S programs, Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), and Integrated Master Plans (IMP).

·         Assist with directorate workflow and task management.

·         Support organization, management, and improvement of assigned programs and projects, as well as input into the Headquarters Air Force (HAF) planning, programming, budgeting, and execution process.

·         Provide data analysis and evaluation in support of AF/A3S policy development, decision-making, functional management, and career field management.

The following qualifications are desired:

·         Experience serving as a member of a National Mission Force organization.

Travel:       Occasional local travel required.
