Position:         Graphics/MultiMedia Designer

Location:        Fort Belvoir, VA

Education:     Bachelor’s Degree

Responsibilities:

The Graphics/MultiMedia Designer will support the United States Army’s Program Executive Office (PEO) Enterprise Information Systems (EIS) Strategic Communication Support Services. PEO EIS’s vision is to be the recognized leader in delivering integrated and cost-effective information systems and information technology (IT) solutions across the Department of Defense (DoD). The Strategic Communications Directorate is responsible for planning and executing integrated communication plans and events to inform and educate stakeholders, to include our internal workforce and senior leaders across the Army and DoD, industry, our customers, Congress, and the media.

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Produce graphic art and visual materials for promotions, advertisements, films, packaging, photography, and informative and instructional material through a variety of media outlets.
  • Generate and manipulate graphic images, animations, sound, text, and video into consolidated and seamless multimedia programs.
  • Produce short-form videos and recording messages from PEO EIS leaders.

 

Qualifications:

The candidate must have the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Graphics or MultiMedia Designer.
  • Experience with video production.
  • Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the communication field.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and various trade social media platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Proficient knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Suite software (Photoshop, Bridge, Dreamweaver, Flash, Media Encoder, Illustrator, Acrobat).

 

Travel:  Some travel may be required
