Position:         Program Manager/Military Analyst

Location:        MacDill AFB, FL

Clearance:      Top Secret/SCI

Education:     Master’s degree from Senior Service College (SSC)


The Program Manager (PM)/Military Analyst serves as the focal point between the United States Central Command (USCENTCOM) – Joint Operations Planning and Assessments Office (JOPA) and Gemini management regarding all issues and discrepancies.  The Program Manager shall ensure full compliance with the terms and conditions of the Task Order (TO) and has primary responsibility for TO performance.  This position is Mission Essential.

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Serve as the focal point providing day-to-day liaison and communications with the Joint Operations Planning and Assessments Office (JOPA) and Contracting Officer Representative (COR) or Government-designated JOPA Program Manager.
  • Remain fully aware and have detailed knowledge of daily activities associated with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), its task areas, and other requirements of the TO.
  • Be highly responsive to Gemini corporate requests for information as required.
  • Plan and direct medium to large size assessments planning projects.
  • Direct the work of others in the completion of required studies, documents, and reports.  Also, prepares, plans, and analyzes documents.
  • Communicate and prepare correspondence and presentations at the 4-Star General Officer level.
  • Lead a large and diverse team of multi-disciplinary professionals across multiple task orders.
  • Provide strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to program and project staff; provide detailed analysis, evaluation and recommendations for improvements, and resolutions to mission critical challenges and issues.



The candidate must have the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Joint or Combined Command Headquarters at the O-6 equivalent level or higher.
  • Minimum of 7 years of comprehensive experience in operations assessments and joint strategic planning.
  • Extensive public participation, agency coordination, planning, and programming experience.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and an eagerness to excel and be part of a dynamic team, must maintain a great attitude, complemented by excellent interpersonal relationship skills.


Travel: Travel required to AOR.
