Copper Queen Community Hospital www.cqch.org has an excellent opportunity for a Physical Therapist at our Clinic in beautiful Douglas, AZ.  Bisbee is 1 ½ hours southwest of Tucson and at an elevation of 5,000 feet.  Beautiful Alpine Arizona.  The Physical Therapy staff provide Outpatient / Inpatient Physical Therapy services at our 4 (four) RHC clinics.  CQCH is a CAH hospital we are licensed for 14 beds.  P.T. clinic staff modalities include:  PWR! Certified Specialist (Parkinson’s Wellness Recovery) Neurological Rehab, primarily Orthopedics, Dry Needling and Adolescent Physical Therapy, with a wide variety of diagnoses and ages. 

One-on-one treatment and high-quality patient care are a priority.

Mentorship is available with our skilled PT team. CQCH employs 7 Physical Therapist and 6 Physical Therapist Assistants. 

Salary of $100,000-$118,000 with $20,000 sign on bonus

Living Stipend of $1,000 for 12 months

Relocation Assistance up to $15,000

Continuing education allowance valued at $1,500/year
