Responsibilities:

The Comptroller ensures all funds are expended in a fiscally responsible manner through the National Guard's Fiscal Stewardship Comprehensive Plan (FSCP). The NGB Comptroller Directorate has primary responsibility in performing data analytics encompassing diverse types of data analysis to make conclusions about information utilizing Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive and Prescriptive Analytics plus other financial and accounting methods.

 The Contractor support to the Comptroller Directorate shall include developing transactional data, formulating, and submitting accurate data to the NGB Comptroller so that it validates and justifies Various appropriation Budget Estimate Submissions including validation for the President's Budget for the National Guard Enterprise. The support includes analyzing large amounts of data within required deadlines along with identifying risk exposure, issues and challenges to provide suggested corrective action for the Comptroller's implementation. Services will also include providing recommended streamline methods to enhance business processes to obtain or improve efficiency. The support services include seeking opportunities to suggest improvements and
recommend solutions to problems involving mission, policies, organization, workload,
resources, processes, procedures, and methods.

This position supports paragraph(s) 5.0 – 5.4.2 of the Performance Work Statement.

Qualifications:

·         Experience with GFEBS BI Business objects 

·         Power BI experience (essential for MERS requirement)

·         Experience with multiyear funds

·         Excel level (they need to be highly proficient and build all their own products while coordinating with DEAMS SME to link/combine spreadsheets and feed Power BI)

·         The contractor shall provide services between the hours of 0730 -1630 eastern local time (Arlington, VA) Monday through Friday.

·         The contractor’s employees shall become familiar with and obey the regulations of the installation, including fire, traffic, safety and security regulations while on the installation.

Travel:            Minimal travel may be required.
